    The process of building a boat to such high standards requires the largest injection molding machine in the world and a mold which weighs 72 tons. A Genesis hull is then molded at extremely high pressures of up to 6000 tons, producing a one piece hull with no seams where failure can occur. Custom engineered UV resistant resins are used to create an incredibly durable and long lasting boat that has a superior strength-to-weight ratio over other boats.
