    Overview and operating of the menu Operating The operating and display unit is operated via the four keys located just CP3 PD4 230V2 Standby below the display.     The appearance of the standard operating display depends on the actual operating status and the configuration of the Condair CP3mini. The following display are possible. Note: if the optional radio humidity sensor and/or the “Time-Off” function for the steam LED is/are activated the sensor symbol and/or the crossed out LED symbol is/are shown in the upper right corner of the standard operating display.

    You may get in touch with live parts when the unit is open. Touching live parts may cause severe injury or even lethal violation. Prevention: Before carrying out any maintenance work set the Condair CP3mini out of operation as described in chapter 4.3 (switch off the unit, disconnect it from the mains and stop the water supply) and secure the unit against inadvertent power-up.

    Maintenance list To maintain operational safety the Condair CP3mini steam humidifier must be maintained at reg- ular intervals. This is differentiated between the first maintenance after approx. 500 operating hours (I), the replacement of the steam cylinder after the yellow LED lights (II) and annual maintenance (III).

    Removing and installing parts for maintenance 5.3.1 Removal and installation of the steam cylinder Loosen the fixing screw of the front cover on the bottom side of the intermediate panel a few turns. Pull the lower part of the front cover to the front, then push the cover upward and remove it. Release the hose clamp on the steam connector of the steam cylinder, then detach the steam hose from the steam connector.

Observe the following: – Before installing the steam cylinder in the unit, check the O-ring of the cylinder receptacle for damage and replace if necessary. – Moisten the O-ring of the cylinder receptacle with water (do not use grease or oil), then insert steam cylinder into the receptacle and push it down to the stop.
