As mentioned previously, ConnectKey Technology has been adopted as the basis for development of the

WorkCentre
5800 Series. The intent is to provide an opportunity for feature coherency across the Xerox
product range. Beyond the new features that ConnectKey brings to this series, there are some hardware
differences that are unique from the other ConnectKey devices. The following is the specific differences from
the 5700 to the 5800 Series.
On-board customer documentation
The WorkCentre 5800 has a Quick Use Guide available to print from local user interface. The User Guide
and System Administrator guides are no longer available there. They are available at www.xerox.com.
