Procedures
Parts Return Policy
To qualifu for
reimbursement
on
warranty and/or contract parts, the
Servicing
Agency,must maintain
a
basic
stock
of
parts
as
listed
on
the
recommended parts
list.
The Servicing Agency must
have
placed an order to replenish the parl
within
seven
(7)
days
of
the part being
used.
If
a Servicing Agency
has
to
order and/or return
a
part not on the
recommended parts
list Acorto
will
pay
for
shipping the part
back
to
Acorto.
Return pafts must be shipped and received
by Acorto within 30 days
of
removal
from tfte
machine and
must
be non-obsolete
merchandise
with all
parts intact
(as
shippeclfrom Acorto).
The parts warrantl'
from Acorto is
one year
fbr a
new machine and 90 days for
service replacements. New CPU boards that are installed
as
a service
replacement
carry a
one-year
warrant), while the
remanufactured ones
carry the
standard 90-day
warranry.
Acorto
has
determined that there
are
some items that
are
consumable
and
do not
need
to
be re,turned.
but
they must
have a
Return Authorization
Form
(RA
Form).
All
parts returned
to
Acorto
MUST have
a
Returned Authorization
Form
completed and each part must have
a
Return Material Tag
filled out
properlv.
A l5o
handling
fee
will
be
charged
for
any
tags
or forms
not
filled
out completely.

must
be
shipped UPS
Grourrd. The shipping
fees are
reimbursed.
Trr
qualily for
reimbursement, parts must be shipped

Ground and returned within
30 dayr;
of
removal.
