Allow
the customer to
taste and smell the extraction. Ultimately, the
customer
must be satisfied with the extraction.
Be aware.
if
the customer
has purchased
a
non-espresso blend
of
beans. such as
a
French Roast. a quality shot cannot
be
obtained.
Espresso
Roast coffee is
roastecl
specifically
fior use
in
espresso machines.
A thick
crema (the caramel colored foam that
appears on the top of
a
shot of
espresso
during
the extraction)
does not
appear
with
non-espresso roast
beans.

If
necessary or
at the customer's
request the Coffee
