Milk Cleaning Timer-24
Hour/1S0 Drink
The
Milk
System must be cleaned every 24 hours or every
150
drinks.
After
24
hours
or
150
drinks
have passed
(whichever
comes
first).
the
machine's display will
provide
the warning
"Milk Clean
Due."
The
Milk
System must
be
cleaned within
the
next
two hours.
Once the
Milk
System
is
cleaned. the
message r.vill disappear.
If
the
Milk
System is not
cleaned
within
the
two
hours
after the
"Milk
Clean Due"
warning is displayed.
the machine
will
be disabled
and the
customer
WILL NOT
BE
ABLE TO
POUR
DRINKS.

message "Gleaning
Required, Run Milk Clean-" Drinks
cannot
be
poured until afier the Milk
System
is
c
learred.
Brew Group Cleaning Timer-24 Hour
The
espresso
machine's Brew Group
must
be
cleaned every 24 hours. After
24 hours
have
passed. the machine's display will
provide the warning
"Brew Clean
Due.,,
The Brew Group must
be cleaned
within
the next two hours.
Once
the Brew
Group
is
cleaned, the
message
will
disappear.
If
the Brew Group is not
cleaned
in
the
two
hours after the
"Brew
Clean Due"
u'arning is displayed. the
machine
will
be
disabled
and the
customer
WILL NOT
BE
ABLE TO
POUR DRINKS. The
display
will
provide
the
message "Cleaning
Required, Run Brew Glean." Drinks
cannot
be
poured until a/ier
the Brew Group
is
cleaned.
Resetting Timers
All timers start after the first drink is poured following
a
cleaning.
For example.
if
the machine is cleaned on Friday night, and
it
is idle
Sarurday Jnd
Sunday.
the
timers
are not
started until the first drink is poured Monday'Morning. pouring milk
initiates
the Milk
Cleaning
Timer: pouring
espresso initiates the Brew
Group
Cleaning'fimcr.
Auto-Rinse
An
automatic rinse is
factory set to
run every
l0
minutes after the
last drink
is
poured. l-he
machine
will
beep a
rvarning
before the Automatic
Rinse Cycle
begins.
'Ihe display
will
read,
,,Danger!
Hot Water."
Water runs through the brew system and steam runs through the
Milk
System
to
provide
a
"quick rinse" during slow
usage periods.

Automatic
Rinse Interval Timing
