Also, USER DATA and SERVICE DATA are initialized to the default
values of each location.
Counter information is not cleared.

Light up CIS LEDs in the following sequence: red -> green -> blue
-> white.
Output History Print in user mode.
Output DISPLAY, ADJUST, and COUNTER in the COPIER of
SSSW.
