Message playback

To listen to messages at the telephone base:
Press
/PLAY/
playback.
To listen to messages on a cordless handset:
1. Press MENU/
2. Select >Play messages.
If there are new and old messages, Select >Play new msgs or >Play
old msgs.
If there are only new or only old messages, they will play automatically.

Options during playback

When messages are playing on the telephone base:
Press q/VOL/p to adjust the message playback volume.
/S�IP to skip to the next message.

/REPEAT to repeat the message. Press twice to hear the previous
message.
Press X/DELETE to delete the message.
Press

PLAY
When messages are playing on the handset:
Press
PHONE/FLASH to stop playback. The screen shows Call back?, then
press MENU/SELECT,
caller if the caller's number is available. If the dialing format used is not
correct, then use the option below to choose the correct dialing format
before calling back the caller.
Press MENU/SELECT to pause playback and show the caller ID information
if available. From here, you can press
press # (pound key) to show different dialing options (page 20), or press
PHONE/FLASH or
back within 10 seconds, message playback resumes automatically.
Press q

Press EQ
to adjust the message playback audio quality.
Press 6 to skip to the next message.
Press 4 to repeat the message. Press twice to hear the previous message.
/DELETE to delete the message.

MUTE
Press 5 to stop the playback.
Press

SPEA�ER to switch between speakerphone mode and handset mode.
Press
STOP.
/PLAY
when the handset is not in use.
SELECT
/STOP to stop playback.

SPEA�ER to call back the caller. If you do not call
/VOLUME to adjust the message playback volume.
DIR
/STOP again to end the message
