Miter handle
90° BLADE ALIGNMENT
Refer to Figure 10
Rotate table to 0 ° position and lock in place.
Lower the blade and lock the cutting head.
Place a combination square on the table and press it
against the blade to check the blade squareness to
table.
If the blade is not 90 ° square with the miter table,
loosen the locknut on the adjusting screw.
Adjust the screw to achieve a 90° angle.
Tighten the locknut.
Loosen the pointer screw and adjust the pointer to 0°
and tighten the screw.

45° BLADE ALIGNMENT
Refer to Figure 11
Rotate table to 0 ° position and lock in place.
Lower head assembly and lock in place.
Loosen bevel lock handle and tilt the head assembly to
45 ° bevel. The pointer should be on the 45 ° mark.

ADJUSTING THE GROOVE DEPTH

• Slide the groove stop into position.
• Loosen the locknut on the adjusting screw.
• Turn the screw to set the groove depth.
• Tighten the locknut.
• Slide the groove stop out of the way to cancel the
