Message on Computer Screen: Follow Instructions
Physical Printer Problem: Turn off the printer and check to make
sure the tape, ribbon and cover are all secure. If error remains,
unplug the adapter and reconnect. If error continues contact
K-Sun® Corporation Customer Support Center.
The Power is OFF. Check the adapter connection and turn on the power.
Supply ribbon or supply cartridge have run out of supply.
