How to Retrieve Engine Fault
Codes
When an engine malfunction is detected by the
engine Electronic Control Module (ECM), a fault
code is recorded and the blink code light on the
dashboard in the operator's compartment will turn
on.
To learn the specifics of and how to use the fault
codes, refer to Section 5, Troubleshooting .
