Motherboard
General Description
Virtually all assemblies connect directly or indirectly to the motherboard. It has connectors for
other assemblies to interface with each other. Test points for power supply voltages are marked
on the top edge.
There are no active components on the motherboard. Both the computer's and bus expander's
motherboard have the same part number.
Backplane Board
General Description
One backplane board is used in the computer. Two are used in the bus expander. Each connects
to the motherboard by ribbon cables. They provide connection to the DIO bus for accessory
cards such as interface or RAM.
There are no active components on the backplane board. Both the computer's and bus ex-
pander's backplane boards have the same part number.
