Convection Rack
Use the rack for convection and com-
bination cooking only. Do not use in
microwave-only mode.
To operate the oven for convection
cooking only, use manual time entry
only. The following instructions are
for convection cooking only. For
combination cooking, see page 18.
Manual Programming
with Preheat
1. Press CONV COOK
pad under Convection.
• 350F TOUCH
MORE OR LESS
FOR TEMP SET
OR START OR
ENTER COOKING
TIME scrolls

2. Adjust temperature
setting as desired
using MORE or LESS
touch pads.
• Temperature range
is 225° F to 450° F.
3. Press START/
PAUSE pad.
• PREHEAT displays
with selected tem-
perature.
• PLACE FOOD ON
RACK displays
when oven is pre-
heated.
4. Open door, place
food on convection
rack, and close door.
• ENTER COOKING
