A. UNDERSTANDING OF DYNAMIC IP
This is method that new Internet IP is assigned whenever starting the system connected with DHCP
(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) server, which is not an independent IP fixed to Internet.
To use such a system as an independent server, a middle media server to relay IP changed is required
once in a while, and the system that plays such a role is a DIMS (Dynamic IP Management Server) system.
