PSC DSL Self-Install Guide
Check that the Data cable is connected firmly to the back of the
modem.
Check that the Data cable is connected to the "DSL" side of the
Data/Phone filter.
Check that there are no in-line filters on the Data cable or in the
phone jack.
Verify that you are installing the modem AFTER the "Service
Completion Date" given to you when you ordered your DSL
service.
Turn off the power to the modem for 30 seconds, and then turn
on again.
If none of these steps cause the DSL light to stay on, contact PSC
Technical Support (page 19) for further assistance.
