PSC Defective Customer Equipment Return Policy
Customer Equipment purchased from PSC can be returned
with proof of purchase for identical or comparable
equipment, at no cost to you within 30 days of purchase date
if proven defective. PSC reserves the right to determine if
equipment is defective and its replacement type. Defective
equipment may not be returned for cash. Equipment that
PSC determines to be defective due to customer negligence,
natural disasters, floods, lightning damage or other acts of
God will not be covered.
