Item Function
Adjusts the auto contrast enhancement function that optimizes the

image contrast ratio for dark scenes.
Noise
Adjusts the image noise reduction function that helps to remove
noise in images.
Reduction
Use this function to reduce the mosaic blocks and mosquito noises
MPEG Noise
that result from video encoding and decoding as commonly seen

in MPEG videos.
Motion Blur
Enhances the smoothness of image movement and reduces image
"ghosting" or "blurring" in swiftly moving scenes.
Free
• The ACE, Noise Reduction and MPEG Noise Reduction functions support 480i,
480p, 576i, 576p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p input resolutions. However, the MPEG
Noise Reduction function is only available when viewing YPbPr 1, YPbPr 2,
HDMI 1, HDMI 2 and HDMI 3 input videos.
• The Motion Blur Free function is only available on the PQ series models.
