What should I do if I cannot find the SSID (Network name: MiFi_XXXX on the available list of wireless networks?
A: No networks show.
Please check if you have Wi-Fi (Wireless) capability on your personal equipment, and that it is tuned on.
B: MiFi's SSID does not appear
- Make sure the MiFi is powered on, the Power light should be ashing, and the Wi-Fi indicator light should be solid blue.
- The MiFi may be in sleep mode, Press the power button.
- Remove the battery and the SIM card, clean the metal contacts, put it back in place, and try to connect.
- Hard reset the MiFi and re-con gure it, following the reset instructions found in the manual.
How long do the batteries last?
In most cases the internal rechargeable batteries will last about 3-4 hours. This can be more or less depending on the usage.
The batteries take 3-4 hours to re-charge. If you ordered the external rechargeable battery, it normally will last about 8 hours.
Can the device be used while the battery is charging?
Yes, however, it will take longer than 3-4 hours to fully re-charge the battery while in use.

C: Solid Yellow:
