The remote desktop software requires minimum hardware requirements to operate the software
effectively, which are detailed below:
CPU Intel Pentium 4 above
OS
Microsoft Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP SP2 above
RAM 512M above
VGA Card Needed to support DirectX9.0 (Above)
Anti-virus Suitable port and access to be available (i.e. port 80) for access to
software (firewall)

and Windows Mobile directly from the links found on the DVR web access page (as
