4.5 JP2: Clear CMOS Selection

Use JP2, a 3-pin header, to clear the contents of the CMOS RAM.
Note that if you are using an ATX power supply, the ATX-power
connector should be disconnected from the motherboard to be
able to clear CMOS. Do not clear the CMOS RAM unless it is
absolutely necessary. You will lose your password, etc.
