Smontaggio basamento

- Svitare le dodici viti che uniscono i due semicarters.
- Queste viti hanno tre lunghezze differenti: le tre viti (1) sono le più lunghe (50
mm) le tre (2) sono lunghe 35 mm e le rimanenti sei (3) sono lunghe 45 mm.
- Mettere il cambio in folle, montare sul semicarter destro l'attrezzo codice N.
800058258 (usando le tre viti del coperchio volano) e procedere alla separazio-
ne dei semicarters agendo sul perno centrale.
L'attrezzo agisce sull'albero motore pertanto può accadere che la parte
posteriore del motore tenda a chiudersi o bloccarsi fino a quando non sarà
direttamente influenzata dall'azione dell'attrezzo.
- Usando il sopracitato attrezzo battere sul bordo dell'albero secondario, lato
pignone, con un mazzuolo in plastica.
- Gli ingranaggi del cambio rimarranno in sede nel semicarter sinistro. In fase di
rimontaggio, sostituire la guarnizione tra i semicarters tenendola correttamente in
posizione con l'ausilio di un sigillante per guarnizioni.

Smontaggio albero motore

Rimuovere l'albero motore dal semicarter destro usando l'attrezzo codice N.
800058258 montato sul lato esterno del semicarter sinistro.

Disassembling the base

- Loosen the twelve screws which join the two half-casings.
- These screws have three different lengths: the three screws (1) are the longest
(50 mm), the three screws (2) are 35 mm long, while the six remaining screws (3)
are 45 mm long.
- Set the gearbox on idle, fit tool code 800058258 on the right half-casing (using
the three screws of the flywheel cover), and separate the half-casings by working
on the central pin.
The tool operates on the crankshaft, hence, it may be that the engine rear
side remains closed or blocked until the tool steps in.
- Beat on the edge of the transmission shaft with the above mentioned tool. Use a
plastic mallet when beating on the pinion side.
- The gears of the gearbox remain in their housings inside the left half-casing.
When reassembling, replace the gasket between the half-casings, and keep it in
position using a gasket dope.
Disessembling the crankshaft
Remove the crankshaft from the right half-case using the tool with code no.
800058258 set on the left half-case external side.
Démontage soubassement
- Desserrer les douxe vis de jointage des deux demi-carters.
- Ces vis ont trois longueurs différentes: les trois vis (1) sont les plus longues (50
mm), les trois (2) sont 35 mm longues, tandis que les six vis restantes ont une lon-
gueur de 45 mm.
- Mettre la boîte des vitesses au point mort et monter l'outil code 800058258 sur
le demi-carter droit (utiliser les trois vis du couvercle volant). Ensuite, séparer les
demi-carters en opérant sur le goujon central.
L'outil agit sur l'arbre moteur et donc, il peut arriver que la partie arrière du
moteur tend à se refermer ou à se bloquer, jusqu'à ce qu'elle ne sera direc-
tement influencée par l'action de l'outil.
- Lors de l'utilisation de l'outil susdit, battre sur le bord de l'arbre secondaire au
moyen d'un maillet en plastique (côté pigon).
- Les engrenages de la boîte des vitesses restent dans les sièges du demi-carter
gauche. Lors du remontage, remplacer le joint entre les demi-carters, en le gardant
dans sa position correcte au moyen d'une colle pour sceller les joints.
Désassemblage de l'arbre moteur.
Désassembler l'arbre moteur du demi-carter droit au moyen de l'outil code n.
800058258, placé du côté extérieur du demi-carter gauche.
