Backup/ Back up to You can backup e-mail by folder to
Restore SD card the internal storage.
Put a check mark by the folders
to be backed up → OK

inbox/folder is selected, you will
be prompted to enter the folder
lock password.
• Attachments will not be backed
up.
Restore Backup data stored in the internal
from SD storage can be accessed using the
card product.
1. Inbox mails/Outbox mails/
Unsent mails/Serch SD card
→ OK
2. Put a check mark beside
data you wish to restore →
OK → Add/Overwrite → OK
• Tap select all to select all the data
in the list.
• Tap "Up" to open the level above.
• Tap "MyFolder" to open MyFolder.
• If you have selected data to
overwrite, all e-mails (including
protected e-mails, unread e-mails
and e-mails in locked folders) will
be deleted and the backup data
will be restored.
E-Mail Show your e-mail address, e-mail storage and
infomation capacity, software version etc.
• Tap the e-mail address field → Copy address
to copy your e-mail address.
Settings Relating to Inbox/Display
1 On the E-mail settings menu, tap "Receive/display
settings"
2 Touch the required setting
receive Set whether e-mails received by the server are
automatically downloaded to your device. Remove
the check mark to turn this setting to off, you will
be notified of new e-mails but they will not be
downloaded.

Address book: Download sender,
subject and text of e-mails from

addresses registered to an individual
address list.
Edit specified List: Register individual
addresses.
• Tap
and select from using an
address from your address book, a
group, your received e-mail history,
your sent e-mail history, a profile or
to paste an address in to register an
e-mail address.
※ The option to paste an address will only be
available if there is text on the clipboard.
• To delete a registered address,
tap on the address to be deleted
and select "Delete".
