3. Hardware Description

This section describes the important parts of the modem. It features the front panel, side panel and rear connectors.

Front Panel

The figure shows the front panel.
4-BAND VDSL CO MODEM
At a quick glance of the front panel, it is easy to tell if the CO modem has power, if it has signal from its Ethernet RJ-45 port
and if there is phone line signal on RJ-11 port.
