Messages
Short messages
you by other subscribers via the Comfort Pro's application Telefonie-Assis-
tent.
Select an entry, and you will see a drop-down menu enabling you to view the
short message (content, sender, date), delete the selected message, or
delete the entire list of short messages.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through the display functions.
Received mail

the message's "Subject" text, sender and date.
Forward
...
the message. Press OK. Enter the internal number of the user you
want to forward the message to or select a number from the tele-
phone book. Press OK to confirm the entry/selection of the number.
Outgoing mail

You can also forward or display these messages as described in the pre-
vious section.

New message
Enter the text (max. 160 characters) and press OK. Enter the internal
number of the user you want to send the message to or select a number
from the telephone book. Press OK to confirm the entry/selection of the
number.
Messages can also be sent to system terminals via the Web application
Telefonie-Assistent. Please see the Comfort Pro S's Online Help for more
information.
E-Mail
Select an entry: A selection menu appears allowing you to display the e-mail
(subject, sender, date), delete the selected e-mail or delete the entire list of
emails.
Use the arrow keys to scroll through the display functions.
