Making Calls from the Telephone Book

Your Communications System's Telephone Book

2,000 entries can be saved in the telephone book of your Comfort Pro communications system.
This number includes the centrally administered telephone book and the personal entries of all sub-
scribers.
You can use your own telephone to enter and delete your personal entries.
Personal entries are automatically sorted into the comprehensive register, but can only be viewed on
your telephone via the Telefonie-Assistenten (if the system terminal user is logged onto the system)
and on the system administrator's PC. For instructions on how to use the personal phone book, see
the "Phone book settings" menu on page 52.

You can skip over the "Look up name and confirm with OK step by deactivating
the menu item "Phone book with Menu: Preset" in the authorisation group for the
