Forced Narrow Function; Automatic Key Lock Function; Power Off Emergency Function - Icom iF5061/D Instruction Manual

■ Forced Narrow function

Dependng on the pre-settng, the Forced Narrow functon s
turned ON or OFF when the transcever power s ON whle
pushng and holdng both [P1] and [PTT].
Whle the functon s actvated, the channel wdth becomes
Narrow regardless of the channel settng, the [Wde/Narrow]
key operaton, repeater settng, and PC control command.
If the Forced Narrow functon s turned ON by your dealer,
the channel wdth becomes Narrow wthout your operaton
as above.

■ Automatic Key Lock function

When [Lock] s assgned to any key and the Automatc Key
Lock tmer s pre-programmed* by your dealer, the key lock
functon can be automatcally turned ON after the specfied
tme perod has passed wthout operaton durng standby
condton.
Whle the lock functon s ON, push and hold [Lock] for 1 sec.
to turn the functon OFF.
*When "0" s programmed, ths functon s not avalable.

■ Power Off Emergency function

When [Power OFF Emergency] s assgned to any key, you
can use the Power OFF Emergency functon.
To actvate the Power OFF Emergency functon, turn the
transcever's power OFF whle pushng and holdng [Power
OFF Emergency].
After the specfied tme perod has passed, from the tme ths
functon s actvated, the emergency call s transmtted (wth
no beep emsson and no dsplay ndcaton.)
If you want to cancel the emergency call, turn the transcev-
er's power ON.
And also, dependng on the pre-settng, the Remote Montor
functon can be used whle ths functon s actvated.
