Error display at ordinary use

These are the errors that occur in the ordinary use of the printer. These errors are easily
recovered by user.
However, these errors may occur due to malfunction of the means of detection (sensor etc).
In such case, it is necessary to check and repair by service engineer.

In case the card is not transported according to the sequence, card jam error occurs.
Basic recovery methods are described here for the card jam errors. There may be the case that
the card itself is causing the error. In such case, check whether there is any problem with the
card such as card specification (dimension and thic kness), curling, surface finishing
(special finish such as anti static agent etc).

Front access cover is open. Check that the front access cover is closed and
Ink ribbon is finished.
Ribbon end is detected

card cassette normally.
Card was not transported

More than one cards exist
in the printer.
Double feed of card
occurred.
Recovery method
Set cards at card feeder and press [Clear_Key]
press [Clear_Key]
Set new ink ribbon cassette and press
[Clear_Key].
Recovery method
Check that the cards are correctly set in the card
cassette and press [Clear_Key].
Press [Clear_Key].
If the card is not ejected automatically, remove
the card in the printer manually.
Remove the cards in the printer manually and
press [Clear_Key].
Remove the double fed cards manually and
press [Clear_Key].
