Adjust the print density with Applied Energy Adjustment
For the operation, refer to "Operation of Operation Panel" .
Step 1.
Print the test pattern with Adjustment>>Density>>TestPrintJ.
Step 2.
Change the setting value of Adjustment>>Density>>OD Color so that there is
no color drop in the image and average density of A, B, C, below
becomes 1.75±0.025.
Step 3.
Print test pattern again with Adjustment>>Density>>TestPrintJ and repeat
the adjustment if necessary.
Note 1) For the comparison of density, use instrument such as Density Meter. If instrument
is not available, use sample card and compare visually.
Note 2) Larger setting value of color makes image density heavier and
makes it lighter.
Note 3) When replacing the thermal head, retain the old settings as is, and start adjustment
from the retained value.
