SECTION 5—SEAT TO FLOOR
Refer to the following table to determine the obtainable seat‐to‐floor heights and
seat‐to‐floor angles for 22‐inch rear wheels and 8‐inch front casters:

*NOTE: The seat‐to‐floor heights are based on urethane tires. If wheelchair is equipped with
pneumatic (properly inflated) or solid rubber tires, add ¼ inch to the measurements listed above.
These heights can vary +/‐ ¼ inch due to tire wear and manufacturing tolerances.
NOTE: Charts 15 to 20 apply to adult/hemi frame styles only. Refer to the charts for seat‐to‐floor
height settings for adult/tall (Adult/Tall Frame Style on page 31) and super low frame styles
(Super Low Frame Style on page 31) and Changing Seat‐to‐Floor Height on page 77 for recliner
frame styles.
