Campari and Grapefruit Spritzer
The grapefruit offsets the Campari very nicely in this twist on a classic apéritif.
Makes about 4 servings
2 large pink grapefruits each
85ml Campari
300ml soda water
1. Turn the Cuisinart® Juice Extractor to speed 2. Turn the unit on and juice the grapefruits.
2. Put the Campari into a jug filled with ice. Pour in the grapefruit juice and stir.
3. Pour evenly among four glasses. Top each glass with 75ml of soda water and serve.
