C103 "Capacitor" And L102 "Reactor; L103 "Reactor - Thermal Arc ARCMASTER 200 TS Service Manual

3.18 C103 "Capacitor" and L102 "Reactor" 
1) Remove the Side Panel. [See section "11.1-1"]
2) Remove four screws, six terminals. Remove the C103 and L102.
Note : When C103 is installed again, it is a thing fixed to former place on PCB3 by RTV silicon rubber.
3.19 L103 "Reactor" 
1) Remove the Side Panel. [See section "11.1-1"]
2) Remove the L102. [See section "12.3-18"]
3) Cut off two snap bands and remove one screw, three terminals.
