Utility software is designed to diagnose and fix problems, and to output Traffic Measurement
and Error Log information.
This section describes the information necessary for testing, monitoring and maintaining the
system using Windows machine in interactive format.
The modular self-testing capabilities of the system allow most maintenance to be reduced to
simple procedures. Only one administration device can be performing system administration
at the same time.
