Maintenance
To return the O
1. Pack the monitor in its original shipping carton. If the
original carton is not available, use a suitable carton
with appropriate packing material to protect it during
shipping.
2. Return the monitor by any shipping method that
provides proof of delivery.

Service

WARNING: There are no user-serviceable parts
inside the O
personnel should remove the cover.
The monitor requires no calibration.
If service is necessary, contact qualified service
personnel or your local Nellcor Representative.

Periodic Safety Checks

It is recommended that the following checks be
performed every 24 months:
• inspect the equipment for mechanical and
functional damage
• inspect the safety relevant labels for legibility
