The LCD should pop free of its cavity in the back cover.
Lift the LCD out of the old back cover.
Remove the heat spreader from the old back cover.

REPLACE THE HEAT SPREADER WITH A NEW ONE
Place the heat spreader into the new back cover so that
holes in the foil are oriented as shown.
