TIP:
If the endpoint has connected to the network successfully at one time, but
has trouble accessing services later, the endpoint may have been quarantined
and the network discovery, file sharing, and printer sharing may have been
disabled. Check these settings as part of any troubleshooting process.
To add your domain controller to the accessible services list:
Home>>System configuration>>Accessible services
1. Enter the following information in the Accessible services text field:

<DC IP Address>:135
• <DC IP Address>:1025
Where:
<DC IP Address> is the IP address for your Domain Controller
2. Click ok.

Allowing the Windows RPC Service through the Firewall

If end-users enable the XP SP2 Professional firewall, they need to change the
configuration to allow the agentless testing.
