Set the on / off switch (14) to the ON position to turn the device on. The display then shows the mode (PATCH).

Press the [PLAY] button during playback again to stop playback. If you press the buttons [PATCH], [LOOP] or [PLAY] (for playback), you hear the sound with a slight delay.

At that, the right point of the three-digit LED display lights up. The device is equipped with five global effect types (chorus, flanger, phaser, delay, reverb), that can be precisely tuned via its parameters.

To activate the sense mode press the buttons [LOOP] and [PLAY] simultaneously. You can adjust this parameter from 1 … 9, the LED display shows accordingly: preset as default standard value.

The functions of the device Storing a patch The device offers 200 patches to choose from. You can change the patch parameters (incl. those of SENSE, CURVE, EFX) and save them. You can save settings by pushing the [DIAL/ENTER] control for about 3 seconds. The current patch number flashes in the display along with the middle and right dot.

Touch sensitive sound effects There's a pressure sensor beneath the drumhead. If you want to select touch sensitive sound effects: Lay the palm of the hand on the drumhead and alter the pressure. Now hit the drumhead or the rim. Alternatively, you can also play first and additionally press with your palm on the surface struck.

Replacement of components Open the unit as shown above: Loosen the screws (1) of the hoop cover from the nuts (5). Now lift up the hoop cover (2) carefully and remove the drumhead (4). Inset the new drumhead and return the hoop cover. Make sure the sensor cable (3) is not kinked or jammed and don't pull that cable.
