Electronic Range Controls
• Available on convection models only.
• Allows the consumer to cook standard oven recipes in
the convection mode.
• Three Easy Convect cooking functions:
– Baked Goods: Converts temperature by –50˚F.
– Meats: Converts time by –20% and temperature by –25˚F.
– Other: Converts time by –10% and temperature by –25˚F.
