To install drivers for the Kyocera M3040idn on your desktop, follow these steps:

1. Insert the installation DVD into your computer.
2. If the autorun screen appears, click "Run setup.exe." If prompted by User Account Control, click "Yes" or "Allow."
3. Cancel the "Found New Hardware Wizard" if it appears.
4. Choose "Custom Install."
5. Select the device (Kyocera M3040idn) from the list.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
7. If a restart message appears, restart the computer.
8. After installation, configure the device settings using the Printer Driver User Guide on the DVD.

Administrator privileges are required to install the software.
