AFL-AM2 Panel PC 3.10.4 VGA Monitor Connection The AFL-AM2 has a single female DB-15 connector on the external peripheral interface panel. The DB-15 connector is connected to a CRT or VGA monitor. To connect a monitor to the AFL-AM2, please follow the instructions below. Locate the female DB-15 connector.
AFL-AM2 Panel PC 4.1 Introduction If the components of the AFL-AM2 fail they must be replaced, such as the wireless LAN module or the motherboard. Please contact the system reseller or vendor to purchase the replacement parts. Back cover removal instructions and jumper settings for the AFL-AM2 are described below.
AFL-AM2 Panel PC The internal aluminum back cover of the AFL-AM2 must be removed. To remove the aluminum back cover, remove the retention screws indicated in the sections below. Remove the following screws: 5 x Flat head screws 11 x Round head screws Screw positions are indicated below (Figure 4-1).
AFL-AM2 Panel PC Figure 4-2: System Fan Removal Unclip the CPU fan cable and unscrew the CPU heatsink screws. Locate the Step 2: CPU fan power cable and detach it from the fan power wafer on the motherboard. Unscrew the four retaining screws holding the CPU heatsink in place.

AFL-AM2 Panel PC WARNING: When handling the CPU, only hold it on the sides. DO NOT touch the pins at the bottom of the CPU. Inspect the CPU socket. Make sure there are no bent pins and make sure the Step 1: socket contacts are free of foreign material.
