Using the Control Panel
Function
Turns this product on and off.
Enters the Copy Mode.
Enters the Card Print Mode.
Enters the Scan Mode.
Enters the Setup Mode.
Moves to the previous option.
When this product is in the Copy Mode, the current
setting is saved by pressing and holding this button for 3
seconds.
Moves to the next setting.
When this product is in the Copy Mode, the saved
setting is recalled by pressing and holding this button for
3 seconds.
Clears the setting you have entered.
Resets the number of copies to one.
Resets the values to their defaults when a menu item
appears on the LCD panel.
When you press and hold this button for 3 seconds, all of
the settings are reset to their defaults.
Displays menu items for detailed settings on the LCD
panel.
Enters the settings you have selected.
Copies or prints in grayscale.
Copies or prints in color.
Starts scanning or the operation you have selected.
Stops copying, printing or scanning. The sheet being
copied and printed is ejected.
Returns to the basic display when a menu item appears
on the LCD panel.
Used for making various settings.
When a button lights up, this shows the button is valid.
Enter values (e.g. number of copies, enlargement ratio,
etc.).
