Connect the power source, then wait for
few minutes, and forcibly turn on the
cooling. After the power relay goes on
(clicking sound) *1, check that the
compressor does not work after the LED
blinks ten times *2, then within three
minutes check the voltage between ACT
module P terminal and the lo terminal.
DC 264V - 390V
Check the connecting wire
between Act module-Capa board,
Capa board-IPM board, has it
been connected properly?
No
Connect it properly.
Yes
Power P.W.B may be broken.
Replace Power P.W.B
No
*1 The power relay does not turn on without an operation order. In the case of
abnormally stop, the power realy turns off after approximately three minutes.
*2 Carry out each of the voltage checkes in the three minutes between the
power relay turning on and turning off.

the yellow and blue wires from the DB2.
Connect the power source, then wait a

voltage between the blue and yellow
wires within three minutes of the power
relay being turned on.

Turn off the power source, and return
the yellow and blue wires and remove
the gray and red wire from the DB2.
Connect the power source again, and
forcibly turn on the cooling (clicking
noise). Then check the DC voltage
between the gray and red wire with
in three minutes of power relay being
turned on.
Less than 10V
DB2 may be broken.
Replace the DB2.
Less then 187V
or more than 276V
Replace the
Power P.W.B.
