Remove all plastic coatings and clean units before use. Ensure that the electrical supply cable is not damaged. If the supply cable is damaged it should be replaced by Lincat Ltd or other suitably qualified persons, in order to avoid a hazard. -

INSTALLATION Push rubber feet into base holes provided and ensure the unit is installed on a sound, level work surface, which is heat resistant e.g. -

Place the basket with the cooked food into the slots in the basket support (Fig.1) to allow the water to drain. Safety (High Limit) Thermostat Lincat electric pasta boilers are fitted with a high limit thermostat. This prevents the unit from excessive damage under a fault condition. -
Page 6: Cleaning And Maintenance
If the green neon lights up, but the element does not heat up, the safety thermostat may need to be reset. To re-set the safety thermostat: • The re-set button is located below the control head (See Fig 2) inside the access hole. Push button upwards to re-set. -
