A proprietary telephone (PT) user can select the line that is seized in order to make a call, using one of the
following features:

Line Preference—Outgoing
Outside (CO) Line Access
Description
A user can select the line to be seized when going off-
hook.
A user can select the Outside (CO) Line Access
method used when making outside (CO) line calls.
