The left hob on the Belling FSE 60 I may not be cooking due to several possible reasons:
1. Control Knob Position – Ensure the control knob is turned to the correct power setting and not in the 'OFF' position. 2. Auto Heat Up Feature – If Auto Heat Up is activated, the hob may initially provide full power before adjusting to a lower setting. Check if this is the case. 3. Cooling or Safety Feature – If the appliance detects an issue, it may prevent operation for safety reasons. 4. Blocked Cooling Fan – If the cooling fan is blocked or faulty, the appliance may not function correctly. Check for obstructions. 5. Electrical Issue – If the hob is not receiving power, ensure the appliance is correctly connected and switched on.
If none of these resolve the issue, contact customer support with the appliance’s model and serial numbers.

INDUCTION What is Induction? • Put simply, an induction cooker element is a powerful electromagnet. When a good-sized piece of magnetic material is placed in the magnetic field that the element is generating, the field transfers ("induces") energy into that metal.
