Focus and Exposure Settings

Autofocus modes

About [š] ([Face/Eye Detection])
The camera automatically detects a person's face and eyes.
The eye closer to the camera will be in focus, while the exposure will be optimized for the face.
(When [Metering Mode] is set to [
Up to 15 faces can be detected. Only the eyes of the face that is in focus can be detected.
When the camera detects a face, the AF area and the mark
indicating the eye to be in focus are displayed.
Yellow:
When the shutter button is pressed halfway, the frame turns
green when the camera is focused.
White:
Displayed when more than one face is detected. Other faces
that are the same distance away as faces within the yellow
AF areas are also focused.
