Communication Setup

To connect the Single-slot USB cradle to USB device:
Connect Single-slot USB cradle cable to the communications port.

Slide the MC21XX into the cradle. The LED Indicator indicates the MC21XX battery charging status and

that the MC21XX is seated in the cradle. For more information on communications setup procedures, see
Chapter 3, Synchronization.
MC21XX not placed correctly in the cradle; cable not connected correctly; charger
is not powered.
Error in charging; check placement of MC21XX.
MC21XX is charging.
Charging complete.
Note: When the battery is initially inserted in the MC21XX, the amber LED flashes
once if the battery power is low or the battery is not fully inserted.
