The Recorder won't play back a message.
1. The HOLD switch might be set to ON. Move it to
OFF.
2. There might not be a message recorded in the slot
you've selected. Check the message number.
3. The batteries might be dead. Try replacing them.
There's no sound coming out of the Recorder's speaker.
1. The volume might be set too low. Turn it up.
2. If you have an earphone connected to the
Recorder's earphone jack, unplug it.
There's no sound coming out of the earphone plugged into the
Recorder's earphone jack.
1. The volume might be set too low. Turn it up.
2. The earphone might not be plugged in correctly.
Reseat the earphone plug.
