To fold the EV Rider WT-T4J II Gypsy:

1. Pick up the scooter from the front bumper bracket and stand it upright.
2. Push the front frame back to release pressure on the locking pin and remove the pin.
3. Tilt the front frame forward about 45 degrees.
4. Pull the front frame upward to separate it from the rear frame.

This disassembles the scooter for folding or transport.
