CONVECTION
COOKING:
Convection cooking is the movement of
heated air in the oven cavity. This is
accomplished by a fan mounted on the rear
wall of the oven cavity. The fan operates
anytime one of
the convection cooking
modes is selected and the oven door is
closed. This provides for a more even heat
distribution during the cooking op6ations. As
a result of even heat distribution food browns
more evenly and temperatures can be
reduced by as much as 25'F for some foods.
Cooking times of more than 15 minutes due
not require preheating of the oven.
