Possible Course of Action
Check your Radius server
configuration on the switch.
If this event occurs but failover does
not occur, then there is possible
congestion on the network causing
the heartbeats to be lost. Also, look
for other events prior to the lost
heartbeats that might indicate a
problem, such as Ethernet port
disconnected.
A failover has occurred.
